No. You will have NO days off while in training. Tomorrow, Sunday, we take our securement exams, and finish practice securing loads. Everythings good, just tired. Good luck with your trip. Be safe. Look for me while your here. I've given plenty of "hints" on this thread as to who I am. -

I hope your trainer doesnt stay out for 2 weeks, but I guess we are at the mercy of the driver trainer when we are riding with them. Keep up posted.
We finished our securement training today and tested out for that. Tomorrow we do backing skills, and back road driving. -
Made it...you guys were right, this place is awsome. Just took a walk... on the sidewalk of course.. and everything is so nice.... Now I just have to stay here! -

A word about the inverters. Unless it the tmc approved and installed inverter, your S.O.L. Do you really wanna be the one who fries a trucks electrical system? -
Hey Jerz, good to hear from you. I drove the back roads, and the "suburbs" of Des Moines today. It was good. The trucks are nice!!! The tranny is just a combo of a straight 10 and a super 10, with the splitter. Easy peasy. And no, I dont want to be the one that fries a truck. No thank you. I already signed the papers stating I would be held liable for any preventable accident. Besides, I gotta save my money to buy your Maine lobster. Fresh of course. Securement exam was too easy. Tomorrow is more driving and backin. If I'm not careful, I'm gonna run out of hours to drive. They've been running us hard and logging line 4 ALOT!!
