Thats the division im interested in most, Which I don't even go to training until next tuesday. As for the lightweight trucks, You make alittle more for driving them right? and are they automatics or?

You get an extra 5cpm for having a cute truck. Prime doesnt have ANY automatics. Only straight 10s. No matter the truck, if Prime owns it, its got the same trans.

Thanks for the info man, honestly didnt know they didnt have automatics. Thats definitely good news for me, personally im not against an automatic or anything but I prefer to learn and start in a manual as its pretty much a must plus i've driven standards by choice most of my life so I guess its more of a preference.

I despise autos. The straight 10 is easy to learn on. Its good to learn how to shift a rig.

    Jpatt Thanks this.

5cpm extra per mile, which adds up. A lot. And no, they are not automatics. And I'm here to tell you that having your wife a long for a few days is do-able, but not for too very long, unless you get a long well in small spaces. You will need to have your passenger seat. And yes, you can both sleep on the single bunk...again, assuming you like togetherness. I do, however suggest that before you do, you invest in a mattress pad. That thing is NOT comfortable. At. All.

Just make sure your truck has the pax seat in it, then if she wants to ride along all you have to do is have your FM fax you a authorization form, you fill it out and fax it back. Pretty straight forward.

Just be aware, just because you got lucky and passed through Nashville and picked her up, doesn't mean you will be going back that way anytime soon LOL. So she could be riding with you until you take home time. :biggrin_25524:
