Have you have a chat with your dm yet? If that doesn't help go talk to Marty means or Keith sally.

Well this is not very good,of the last six jct drivers I talked to none of them took home more than $300 last week. Interesting.

If you are able to get 3000 miles a week, you should be taking home around 1000. Just gotta communicate with your dm, if not helping move up the food chain til they give you those miles to be successful. Yes elogs will be a major factor too, plan ahead and if you really can't make it don't turn down the load but rather run with it while giving dispatch plenty of advance notice. And when yall decide to take home time, plan on taking Saturday and Sunday off. That way most the time you can get a load to the house and one coming out before cut off on Wednesday

I'm starting there next week as well. I am anxious to start another lease since the last one I did did not turn out so well. I'm not concerned about the e logs since I've been on them for some time now. I'm looking forward to meeting you all and hopefully make some money

Elogs...aren't necessarily the problem..It is time management skills..a lazy dm and load planners will make or break you regardless if paper or elogs.1100 mile run in 4 days is absolutely insane.I would be asking questions and getting answers. 300 pay checks? That has me intrigued to say the least.
