any info on Poly Trucking?

JD do they let you take the truck home if not what's there policy for home time when you don't live around a terminal? pe you have a great easter!!

 

Drivers who do not live in the DFW area are allowed to take their truck home. Time off policy is the same for everyone. If you are passing through the house under a load you can take whatever amount of time off as long as you deliver on time. If you are at home without a load you have 7 business days to accept your next load.

Can a driver take time off anywhere? Say I want to spend a weekend in Denver instead of going home. As long as I can get a load there, that would be OK, wouldn't it?

 

As long as you park in a safe location, you can take time off anywhere.

Oh hell I was all screwed up then, my bad. Appreciate the comeback though and hope ya keep us updated on your travels with Poly. Now am I to understand that you get $30 per stop after the first one? So if I could give an example and you let me know if I'm on the right page or not. Lets say you leave GP,Tx and deliver the whole load to a DC in Ohio then you go to Detroit for a backhaul then deliver that to Mt.Vernon,Tx then take the empty back to GP,Tx and drop it and end that trip, would you be paid for 2 or 3 extra stops? In your example you would only be paid for one extra stop.
