That's it, I'm driving with my high beams on all night now because of this thread.

I personally don't think it's all that big of a deal. There are other things I see out on the road that I find more annoying. The fresh smell of piss when you step out of your truck is always refreshing. Or the idiot 4-wheeler that passes you, only to slow down in front of you on a steep grade. Or the 4 wheeler that is going 10 mph slower than traffic, while holding a cell phone to their ear. At least the person that flashes their high beams is trying to help out. I'd take the person trying to help out over the idiot 4-wheeler, or the lazy, slob of a driver that cannot help but piss where others walk.
VisionLogistics and corneileous Thank this. -
I've been kind of amazed this last month. Even less 4 wheelers have been flashing me and turning their lights off then back on instead. Even had a BMW and Benz do it in Los Angeles on different nights. Someone actually let me over in NJ on the turnpike the other day. The world must really be coming to an end soon.
xFreeWord420x and corneileous Thank this. -
Is it just me, or 90% of the time when a 4-wheeler cuts you off, or does something stupid.. it's someone driving a lexus or beamer, etc?

well since I am now a supervisor and mostly drive a pickup..... to me its a professional courtesy thing. I am saying I have your backdoor covered you are good. yes here in Canada everything has DRL's and new chevy's don't really have an off position. I try to keep my blink as short as possible to minimize the blinding. heck 20 years ago I saw dumb truckers(prob americans) that used their backups to say thanks, back when I could turn my light off.
