Well they were never OPEN 99% of the time anyway , make a great TIM HORTONS Express drive throgh out of them .
bulldozerbert and TheHealthyDriver Thank this. -
Why do that? It would attract the bears then.
-
the ######## got enough out of me 2 weeks ago, I guess they don't need to work any more
-
Couldn't they have picked three scales that were just a bit tougher to get around?
-
Yup! They always find something. I'm going to court to fight 2 tickets; 1 given to driver the other to the company.
-
got a $390 fine for rear overhang, I told them I could move the cluster back to reduce it but the dummy told me I would be over the 41' bridge spacing here's the kicker I had a 92' pipe on a stretch trailer my bridge spacing was around 70'!!

They shuttered their scales because they didn't pay their bills, all thanks to more compliant truck drivers.
-
Someone shattered their scales down my way when they roared into the scales and slammed on the breaks, on the scales doing 30 MPH. OMG

Well if you could the faces on the DOT officer, he was ready to kill someone.
AND YES they broke the scales. For some dumb reason they did not see that 4 feet by 8 foot sign next to the truck that said "DRIVE SLOWLY ON TO THE SCALES"
The company had to send another driver out to pickup the truck and the load.

Anyone know if putnam eastbound is being rebuilt or is it going to be gone for good?
