I do not believe they do. I just called them and said I wanted to add a vehicle. They asked for all the info, gave me a quote and added it.

First, I already have a Class A CDL. Secondly, if you call USAA they transfer you to Progressive and you get discounts through USAA. I have a commercial policy through Progressive that runs me around $1000.00 a year. Because of the weight of the vehicle, they made me get a commercial policy even though I do nothing commercial with it. Third, the truck only goes 60 MPH @ 1,700 RPM, practicable speed would probably be around 55 to drop the RPM's, there is no over drive on this 9 speed. To say I'm going too fast is an understatement, with spring suspension and no weight back there, hitting some of these bumps in the road the back end does some bouncing. There are no shocks in the rear, just springs.

So many trailers are for sale here in Florida, why not drive slower and pick on up here? Bobtail is rough but the trailer still needs tags and inspection if you pick one up in Tx.

I found some pups in Dallas for about $2k, 94 Wabash with spring suspension. I'm not sure but I think I should be able to get a temp tag to drive it back to Florida. There were some 28' pups on ebay, one in Tampa and Jacksonville, one went for 900 and the other $550.00 so there are definitely cheap trailers.
The only issue is bringing it from Dallas to El Paso. I was hoping someone could broker a load or some LTL with their own authority to get some low priced or cheap delivery for me after they drop the load off.
If I had to make a panic stop I'm pretty sure this truck would wreck. If it's raining I wouldn't be driving it. Single axle with no ABS, spring suspension, not good.
