ok hi all havent posted for some time, still at jct-for now, what i've learned, if your home isnt located near one of our customers jct delivers too or one of our drop yards than u will suffer. if you cant stay out an average of min 5 wks and take 3 days off then dont come hear unless you r located near a shipper/rcvr or yard of jct.. ive been here 7mo now, their is alot of lost time at produce/checken/beef plants jct does business with. u will need to utilize 8/2 split alot.. all that said i just finfished 19wks out..they will keep u active just not steady 3k/wk. i just barely made my bonus, 33k in 3 months. that said thats 11k/mo and i didnt go home and didnt qual until last wk of march. i have friends here that made it by 2nd wk of march, their r miles to be made but remember as L/O its more than miles.. this op isnt for everyone and if u cant manage $ stay away u will just be frustrated..if i was single or a huband/wife team this could fit what u need to make the next step of being an owner operator.. i must say jct offers a good program even on elogs. will u succeed? that up to you. remember i have only been a company driver my entire career. this can work however make sure you do your homework and listen to what is NOT said.. good luck hope this info helps alittle.

 

Yes duration of your lease is the toughest. Good time and money management is required.

 

Do you guys pick up and deliver in Vegas area or the closest thing is Fontana?

 

well my numbers were off sorry, i made 30980 to qual for bonus.

 

a far as i know of their r deliveries only in vegas area, that info is from a guy here thats done the vegas area drops and takes some home time their to see extended family, and he never reloads their., its been dh to cali or yuma az when produce seasons going in yuma.

 

Yes we have loads that deliver in Vegas, and loads that go through vegas

 

There's rumors that management is working on new compensation package. Hopefully more details come out soon.
