As an inexperienced driver going in roehl is a good place to start. Not sure I would like it much as a more exp set in my ways driver tho. Lots of hand holding and big brother stuff.

I'd agree with this, if you are lucky enought to get one dispatcher and keep them it's much easier, as you develop that relationship you'll get more lattitude. However, it's much more likely that you'll end up with 4 dispatchers in 5 years.

I started with none, well, I had the evo bill. Then when I hit flatbed time I had no one. I had a group of different ones. When I went to van had finally gotten an actual FM. Joe was good and we worked well together. So they took him away and I ended up with a girl in Gary. We didn't mesh well at first, but were pretty good after toward the end.

You probably had me for a flatbed dispatcher, it would have been like having nobody.

I was under the guy that was the lead FM. But he was off almost the whole time. Then I chose to go to bumping docks.
