It always cracks me up to hear guys talk about the pads on the road before you pull into the actual scale. The thing can't give them info on things like bridge law and speed. Between variables such as number of axles, wheelbases, single or doubles and so on it's just not possible.

Ah why do you wanna throw logic into a perfectly good tin foil review?
LaBubba Thanks this. -
It is known that the inspection station have pressure pad so they pre-weight you, they probably have a very good CB radio with great reception and range so they know most of the conversations near the station.
They have cameras so they see miles ahead of the inspection station and they know the traffic flow, so that when they turn on the lights they won't screw up the traffic flow...
But this is what happened some time ago that I've personally witnessed... Somewhere in North America... Some guy said on the CB radio "inspection station is open, slow down, keep right and pack tight together into a solid line!!!" Then what happened freaks me out, those guys actually follow the order and got into the "formation"...
OK, if the inspection station turn on the lights, he knows all these trucks will flood the station and instantly create a traffic jam on the right lane and possible accidents (like 4 wheeler rear ending a trailer) Even worse, those guys in the middle lane passing and have to get into the right lane (I've seen guys stopped dead in the middle lane trying to get into the inspection station)... Yea so end up all those trucks got thru using this tactic... I guess the inspection station just hang their white flag up seeing and hearing this tactic...
This is like the biggest riot I've seen against an inspection station...Last edited: Apr 12, 2012

Hee Hee Hee.... it's all a Canadian plot. We've been doing for years to ya's. Nothing you think happened for the past 10 years actually has. It's all in your minds. Nobody you think you've met in the last 10 years actually exists. It's all in your mind. Today is actually 3 weeks ago last Tuesday. Enjoy your "reality", it doesn't really exist.
Wait till you see what we're gonna have you believing tomorrow. -
here in des moines there almost a camera on every intersection in town, we got red light cameras too, all came about becuse the idiots here think they can beat the system, guess what now there crying in courts becuse they got caught and taking there money, or allowance there mommy gave them, but yes we have those ant too , there for the fire station and each fire truck has a responder on the dash, too hold the light for anthor 4 secs, now the bus line here , is gonna do the same thing, so they can pickup people on time, so yes we have cameras even on the buildings, dosnt mean a thing tho, becuse people are still getting rob here and gang shoutouts hiting a little girl

So how to "blast the scale"? There are certainly ways to do it and it takes teamwork...
Not the I care or want to mess with the scale, if I have to fear of the scale there is certainly something wrong with what I am doing and I will never put myself in that position. -
A inspector can always find something wrong with any truck

If you watch inside a lot of scales they have an alert system telling them a back up is occuring(Walton KY on 71 comes to mind).
It's Tn law that if the ramp is full you are to bypass the scale, I know other states have similar rules and normally have a sign telling you such. -
There is new technology that the feds want that can turn your TV into a video camera.... just seeing me in my underwear watching reruns of Swamp People out to stop the Feds from spying on my living room....

don't forget that round-abouts' that are going in are now more for DHS for setting up checkpoints and controlling traffic.
