Consider this: When the economy slows down, freight slows down. This affects the skateboards quicker than reefers. Reefers haul the food that everyone eats, and everyone has gotta eat even durning the slow times.
I didn't go reefer just because it is "easier". It was a better paycheck choice in my opinion, with less risk.

You mean "OK." Its not like what flatbedding is in an expanding economy. That's why MONT was advised that things are better on the company side right now.

Company side is all Im concerned about right now. Getting miles. I havent had a problem getting a load, unless I was heading to a specific place. Other than that, weve been great.

Funny thing..my recruiter asked me if I would be intrested in running tankers.

I hauled food grade back in the day,so it's no stretch to switch.

Now getting info from Prime Tanker drivers is like pulling teeth,I guess they're busing running!

I guess I'll put it all together before I get out to springmo.

    Any thoughts on this?!
