Well good. Now all they have to do, Is come back out there next week.

And shut down his new company.

Then repeat again and again. For the next 10 years.

You seem to forget all the existing rules prior to csa 2010 already would have done the same thing. CSA is all bullsheit only meant to extend control over anyone under it's rules... With even less recourse than the safestat system which was worthless too. The way to shutdown operators who are unsafe would be to enforce the laws we had on the books 20-30 years ago. Nothing magic happened with csa 2010 except more of your rights will diminish as time goes on. The whole problem is the ones enforce the rules are no better than thugs and theifs and useless a sheit. I have yet see one do their job properly.

If you doubt any of what I put here? just look up the the senate passed version of the highway bil 2012 (it's stuck in house right now) and see all the goodies king ray and co. have for us. mandated recorders and all the drivers who don't think csa 2010 applies to them, so they don't care will find out too.
Let me say it clear DRIVER disqualifacation for those with to many csa points.
the wonderful system with no real means of appeal or anything short of court order.. Safestat was just as bad. All those drivers who don't care caise it's not their authority or truck will get a good wake up call.

So I'll have to say anyone who thinks CSA 2010 is good is a moron. It's all there in the bill. It's online I'd post a link but I'm feeling lazy tonight and I done read it. Through my other survey I have come to the conclusion that?
The real problem is that 1/3 of drivers are either to lazy or stupid to do anything concerning their rights and what will affect them.
1/3 are to Ball Less to do anything but shudder in fear of the fmsca and anything else including their shadows.
And the final 1/3 which I'm part of are tired of toting the whole load for the other 2/3'ds. I fight them everytime I get a chance. Screw the dot and fmsca.
Piss on ray lahood, anne ferro and fmsca.

WoW, how very impressive. The big bad govt picking on the little guy. LOL geeze about the worst thing they did was have a couple of bald tires on their trailer. The rest reads as mumbo jumbo bs.

Fear not, and keep supporting these govt mandates and youll end up working for one of two or three trucking companies left in the US. for min. wage.

I've had three level ones in less than a week once
being the type truck I run. The point here is they profile with this system also.
I even had one admitt it in ohio, profiling is illegal and unconstituional.
Now as a example you can get like 55-70 points for one tailight out and OOS's. after a few of them you'd be the one red lighted all the time.
If you do a pre trip and something happens I call it a act of god and beyond your control. theres nothing to cover that in this system either.
This is bad and only leaves room to get worse. following ray and co. logice where wil it stop? when all drivers have a transponder up their tailpipe?

I fully support inspection violations being linked to CDL qualification. Can't keep your stuff in line get off our roads. Pretty #### simple.

Yeah the chameleon law should help if it makes it through. They started it after that yack off wiped out a load of mennonites on I-65 and his company shut down the day before only to open up with the same substandard equipment the next day in the daughters name.

Bald tires and mumbo jumbo? Operating without authority or insurance or even a #### CDL escape your cognitive function?

Don't like the rules stay off the highway.

In my opinion one POS carrier down about 10,000 to go.

    My Gawd,

So this company was operating without valid authority and you think CSA is why they got shut down. Do you even bother to read the articles you post?

FWIW, I never got an inspection in the 2 years I drove for Stevens in the pre CSA years. Flash foward to now, I've gotten a Level 3 and a Level 2 within 6 months. Go figure.
