Swr problem my Wilson 5000

    Quick question that i thought about.. what is a better mount, stainless steel or aluminium? or does it not make a differance?:confused:

    I don't know that it matters. I always tried to stay away from the dis-similar metals thing. But, aluminum brackets are on literally thousands of chrome mirror arms. No matter which way you go, you should loosen the bracket up and clean the corrosion out every now and then, and check/clean your ground connections too.

    No luck on the fender so it going to the roof just ordered a 3 magnet mount don't want to drill my roof thanks all for the help

    I have a bc880 with a wilson 500 and ms500 amp. With or without the amp connected I see a swr of 1.00 on any channel. all test's pass is something wrong with this?
