Good to hear it was in your favor, to be honest anything north of Richmond is a mine field. I used to live in the Northern Virginia area and anytime someone wanted me to go over the Potomac river it had to be a in and out.

Troopers on I-66 will give you tickets anywhere they can and ramp parking anywhere in Virginia is a auto ticket if they want to do so.

Perhaps request that the Feds launch a RICO investigation. Maybe call in the Federal Marshals
