yes i see bikes strapped to back of cab a lot. And there is fruit availible at truckstops. You don't HAVE to eat fried foods......

I run laps around truck stops almost every night I'm out away from home. I also keep a set of power bands. Don't want weights because they make your truck heavier. Power bands allow you to get weight lifting exercise.
silenteagle Thanks this. -
I don't haul loads that put me too near 80k, so I take dumbbells, a kettlebell, and a few rubber bands with me. Do your research, and you'll find ways to stay healthy when on the road.

Stay away from pop, all processed foods as well as ketchup + fries, don't eat too much bread, pasta + rice or anything white, eat lots of red meat, chicken (not fried) pork, bacon + eggs, drink milk + oj in reasonable amounts and drink lots of water at least 4 to 6 bottles per day and eat some frewsh fruit daily. Thats what I do and have lost 50 lbs in the past 3 months. tom
