I have a pre hire from them as well, but don't know anyone that can give me any advice either. They say you'll start out at 22% or around $700 to $800 a week. I also have a pre hire from Valley Transportation out of Ashland, Ohio. Both seem to be comparable, but Valley said that they'll start out at 25%. Not sure how much diferrence in pay that is either. If you hear any info about Falcon, let me know or if I hear anything about them, I'll let you know.

Lol. The green is what makes it ugly. They don't even look that big inside as far as storage no fridge or microwave or nothing

Are you able to talk onyour phone now? Send me your phone number and I'll call you and we can talk more about this. Much easier than trying to fight the phone and computer messages. It won't let me send you a PM either. I haven't posted enough yet to let me do that. Otherwise, I'd send you mine.

They do have the ugliest, SMALL trucks! Mostly time critical automotive freight.
Loved their dedicated account from Nashville to Shreveport! Heard their trucks are running 65?

Falcon dedicated lane driver reporting. Theyll only hire no experience for flatbed division because they are having trouble filling it, its otr regional midwest/great lakes. You need 1 yr exp for their van dedicated lanes, which is like 95% of the company. the flatbed is A very small fraction of company. their dedicated jobs hauling automotive freight is peach job though. I run Toledo to Dallas round trip once weekly delivering for GM, do the whole run in about 3.5 days and im home 3.5 days, in home bed 4 nights a week and still get about 750$ a week for about 42 hours of work (20 hour drive one way, about 2 hours loading time a week). ill take that 750$ for half a weeks worth of work compaired to most other companys drivers who hit their 70 weekly and barely gross 1k. im off thurs - sunday afternoon typically and burn the run sun afternoon - wednesday evening. my dispatcher is laid back as all hell and efficient / friendly / simple. Ya our trucks are uglier then #### but theres a reason we put up with that and dont care, were smiling on our way home for 4 nights :)

and ya, the white trucks like mine typically run 63-66 mph

I'm with ButterBalls, I have a dedicated run from Toronto to Arlington. 3000 miles round trip, I'm gone 5.5 days home time 2-3 days. I'm home a lot more often than with my previous company. Just got a bonus for going into Canada, 'cus I qualify for a FAST Card. I get paid a bit better 'cus my miles are greater. My truck is governed at 65. New trailers are coming in with a few new trucks. Only bad thing is the trucks don't have an APU.
