First of all, it is law for a company to supply a drug test for employment, that is common knowledge, so I thought. Second, if a guy doesn't take a job because someone online told him to not take it, that is his own stupidity. Third, as I said, I have other important endeavors which require my attention far more than looking for the fine print in a FMCSA or OSHA handbook. If you want to, more power to you.

Here's what you said and you're splitting hairs to justify that you will not be labelled as a truck stop lawyer. All we ask is if you quote some law be prepared to give a reference and not a tap dance. -
LaBubba Thanks this.

Knowing ones job does not make that person uptight. Wait until you're inspected by agencies you've never heard of. Knowledge is power. -
Knowledge is power.. but it doesn't mean you have to be serious all of the time. Lighten up. Even when I get "inspected by agencies I never knew existed".. I still won't be up tight and not have any fun.
