It's remarks like this that really makes me wish I could have found out about and joined this forum long before we decided to go to CRE and eventually end up as team leasers so that when someone says, over and over to stay away from England, I could properly say your warnings aren't as accurate as you all who keeps repeating this, likes to believe they are.

They cant force you to lease.

They can push it and even recommend it, but they can't make you sign the contract.

Lol, its no secret, really..... If you read the contract close enough, you will see that it clearly states in plain ole black print that it is in fact a rental agreement. It's also a "rent to own" thing if you choose to do so after the lease matures.
