Alcohol Related Offences

    I have had two turndowns from company driving schools. They said that they could not hire me because I had two offences that are alcohol related, a DUI in 1977 and public consumption in 1996. Is this true for all companys?

    They might be looking at the offenses as the same as a DUI. You'll just need to find a compmay that will accept DUI's after 5 years or whatever. Some companies do not accept DUI's at all and I believe you might have found them. Keep looking.

    Gashauler the newest is 14 years old. I'm guessing there is more to the story. The only other explanation I can think of is the comapnies he applied to won't hire anyone with Alcohol Related offenses.
