    Im a navy that served in Iraq. I currently work for Hendrickson Trucking and I have been driving for 5 years. So far this company has been the most disorganized company I have ever worked for. The dispatchers are always changing their minds on what they want you to do. They dispatch you on loads late and they dont fix anything wrong with the trucks. I had a team driver for awhile but payroll docked his pay for being late on a load and never reinstated his pay so he quit. Noone in the office knows what the hell is going on with anything.
