Ive already got one lined up..... Royal Air Force container up to Flagstaff and then a load of plastic pipe to Iowa. Averages out to $2.05 a mile to the truck after LS cut. Not as bad as I thought it was going to be seeing that I got a REALLY good rate coming out here too.
After all is said and done, I will make $2.95 hub miles on my entire trip, and that's not counting the load from IA to the house. -
Mn lets you run at night if you meet certain specs, I hauled a JD tractor 9'6" wide from Clearwater to Morris area after dark lights on the axles of course

You know you can't make that kind of money leased to a big carrier, you need to have your name on the door so you can get 100%

Looks like you got things figured out, now if you could get that guy in TN to load you. There is decent freight in AZ, you just have to work at it.
I was in Tucson several years ago and a east coast agent called and offered me a legal load to Nashville for $6000, didn't know if I wanted it because it didn't load till the next day. I waited. -
LMAO.... Same just happened today. Got a call from an east coast agent with a load going to Ft. Worth that loads Saturday, said he'd pay me to sit all day Friday (not knowing I was already going to sit till Monday for the other load) so I took it at $4.50 a mile. Picking up bleachers going to the PGA Golf Tourney in Ft. Worth and I should be able to find something back to Chicago from there I hope.
Mommas_money_maker and ATL-1 Thank this.
