Sidenote: my son (who turns 21 this summer) has HATED riding in trucks with me since I started driving. Probably because a) I'm MOM, b) the jumpseats he rode in were ALL bolted direct to the floor, air ride NOTHING, c) he had to wake up EARLY and d) I would't let him play video games all day long while I drove...
Anyhow, since I've started getting revved up for school, he's started showing a little interest in driving OTR...but he's thinking of "one upping" me and being a skateboard hauler...Well, it's an honest living, and the pay (usually) beats shuffling fast food!!

I start my new career with Roehl in May. I am at Roadmasters now getting ready to take my CDL test in a week. Does anyone have any info on this company. I will be going to the Ellenwood terminal for training.
-
Did they say if ALL of your training will be in Ellenwood?
-
Its all in Ellonwood from my understanding. I was told that I would be gone for 13 days total.

New driver? Then expect to be away for at least 21 days. That way if it's less, great, if it's more then you are ready.
