Trainer pay

while i was a trainer both phase 1 and phase 2 I got an xtra .12 a nile for every mile my student drove. provided your dM gave you those miles. as for hometime just depends who you have for DM. my first DM was awesome.Then he quit to go back to college. Had me home every weeks for at least 3-4days. After that I went thru 3 more DMs in 4yrs who were bad at hometime.

 

so what are you doing now?

 

After I quit in '10 did local jibs. Am starting Monday with Stevens. Much better with lease and company. Will go company for a yr then lease.

No kidding lol. When I worked at the Walmart DC in Washington Courthouse, OH before going to CRE, that's mostly what you would see waiting to get in, other than Walmart and Schneider trucks.

 

well I never got tortured at a Walmart DC .... but waiting is no fun
for full torture I went to albertsons
