The deal with the 30-day wait is to ensure that your husband's health isn't going to be endanged by not taking a prescribed medication - yes, even though he never took it. Weather-out the four weeks, get the letter from his doctor, and have him come on back.

 

Any doctor doing a company physical is not
your doctor tell them nothing!!

 

The terms of employment require a mandatory physical. Any requested information withheld from the doctor is fraud.

We can all agree that fraud typically does not end well for the perpetrator.

BTW, DOT sets the mininmum physical standards. The employer can set any requirement above the mininmum as long as its applied evenly to all applicants.

 

We're glad. You appear to be the kind IMO that we would prefer found employment somewhere else too.
