So I was curious as to what my MVR says. So I go onto the florida website ive used before to order my report.
I ordered it and this is what I found.
When I ordered my mvr for last year(ordered a 7 year) when I applied to Roehl this is what was on it
my seat belt ticket
ticket for avoiding a red light
ticket for allowing a person to ride on the exterior of my vehicle
Now I ordered it again and this is whats on it (lifetime record)
a speeding ticket from 2006 when I was 16 that i went to the traffic school and it was supposed to be taken off my record
Avoiding a traffic light
and then improper backing accident from december last year
What Im wanting to know is why on earth would the ticket for allowing a person to ride on exterior of my vehicle and the seat belt ticket would be taken off and then the old speeding ticket would be put on there????
anyone know?
MVR changes?

the speeding ticket is considered a moving violation I am guessing.
DrtyDiesel Thanks this. -
Yeah. But because I went to the driving school the speeding was supposed to be expunged from my record. Tuesday I'm going to the court house to order a Florida state official mvr. The one I bought today is from a Florida mvr website but not certified by the state. So that may have something to do with it.

I'm not sure about Florida but in west Virginia you can go to your DMV and get a certified mvr it was like 6 bucks

"...allowing a person to ride on the exterior of your vehicle"....
Was this person riding in a pick-up bed?
Really just curious..... -
He was sitting on the hood of my truck when i moved parking spaces in a Walmart parking lot. Cop wrote me a ticket for it.

Yeah its $25 at the local court house for a lifetime certified mvr

Man, that absolutely sucks rocks! Geez...
My first ticket came when I was 11. Got a ticket for "riding my bike on the sidewalk". Actually, I was straddling the frame as I was rolling down the sidewalk. But I think yours may suck more....that was one bored cop, IMHO.DrtyDiesel Thanks this. -
Yeah he was a d***

This whole DAC Services ("services"? Puh-leeze!) crap is just that. MVRs aren't a heck of a lot better, particularly in recent years....strange, as technology has supposedly improved so #### much.
In an industry where we as drivers have to make sure t's are crossed, i's are dotted, and everything is in order and accounted for according to receipts, QualComms, and cell phones, there is no accountability for "services" that provide a driver's personal information to carriers for the purpose of employment screening.
It's all so much BS. Good luck with straightening it out...hope it works out for ya.
