CRE caters to drivers who want to lease. They give you the tools to attempt operating your own business, but that does not guarentee success. Any major carrier has disgruntled former drivers. For some it works out well, others find it a poor fit for their own reasons.

There lease is HIGHWAY ROBBERY, AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD, they will charge you 14 cpm to be a lease op., but having three accidents?, just be a company driver, do the math, If you drive 3000 miles at 14 cpm that $420.00 they'll take out of your check, then about $500.00 trk payment, then fuel, then Insurance, then mantaince, and cant remember the other things, but there are more deduction, with 3000 miles, your average pay will be about $400.00, If your lucky, If you get a lease driver telling you different, tell them to show you there settlement on the internet, it will show what they where paid in miles, what there reembursement where and what deduction are, If they are unwilling to do this, Well?, because the cant prove what they are saying, If Im not making any sence?, dereguard my post
