depending on what you are doing. if you are overweight juicing will help you lose it faster. fork over spoons will want you to be a vegan no dairy no meat. Unless you have a stove as a trucker then you will eat salad everymeal. not knocking forks because i will do mostly that after juicing. I want to lose weight quick and lose some of medical stuff sooner. although when done and over i will have a steak or piece of chicken once in awhile giving up dairy not bad. for instance take 2 bannana freeze them for 2 to 3 hours then blend them add a lil vanilla extract and maybe a few strawberries. pretty good in place of ice cream

I looked into it and found the nutri bullet.
Its an extractor rather than a juicer. You still get all the good stuff from the skins, not so hard on the toilet :D Fiber helps a ton.
    i feel full longer.

Just an option to look into for us fat people :D

Fight the good fight y'all , dropping pounds myself. Tuff row to hoe but worth every minute of hunger!

It can be found at nutri bullet .com

Thats kind of like that blender that montel Williams has been trying to sell where it grinds up everything skin and the nutri bullet I could use that in yhe truck with a 750w inverter from wallmart might look into that for a mid day snack to use

That ice cream idea sounds fantastic! I have an apu with household power and all of the comforts of home in the truck. My inverter is like....1500-2000 watts, so I don't even think about not having enough power anymore! Also carry a toaster oven a hot plate and a microwave. The juicer wouldn't be a problem.

Also found custom POI's for my gps for farmer's markets around the USA! (Looks like I could do this!) I am a bit overweight, but mainly would like to stabilize my auto-immune issues. I have thyroid problems, but also have Hashimoto's disease and occasional boughts of fibro like symptoms, so I believe juicing would help. My white blood cell count is controlled by a steroid and I have been on them far too long! Also on tons of vitamins and minerals in pill form.
That wouldn't be so necessary with juicing would it?

You dont necessarily need to go to farmers markets to purchase veggies and fruits but if thats your preference go for it

This is a recipe for an energetic juice I got from a brazilian website (sorry if translation is not very good)...

    • 2 big oranges
    • 1 small cup of chopped papaya
    • 2 dry plums (seedless)
    • 1 medium spoon of wheat germ
    • 1 medium spoon of soy lecithin
    • crushed ice
Squeeze the oranges and mix the juice with the papaya, the plums and the soy lecithin in the blender. Then, pour it in a container and add the wheat germ and the ice, mix it all gently. :biggrin_25519:
