I have no doubt things went wrong here between all this, but to be honest if you post personal information from a employee on a public website you are lower than whale dung.
You have already posted about this on another site before this was so remember that you are whaling with no harpoon.

If you have employee information and disclose it to anyone they have not authorized you may be subject to legal ramifications to include the Federal Fair Labor Relations Board.
Now I am not saying things did not happen, but you as a employer should try the high ground instead of threatening a employee or past employee.
Also you may want to brush up on this information.

We drove this route leaving from Yuma, I-8, 17, 40, 71, 80, 81, to 84, 95 going to Peabody, MA to avoid the GW bridge and it was closer to the place we were going. In no time did Alex say we were out of route, just Gary has said this. Besides how can you go out of route when he's not putting in fuel and we did the miles calculations and it was only 13 miles longer and with less tolls because we avoided the GW bridge. He didn't give no cash advances the only cash he gave us was thru fuel money and we used change leftover from the fuel that totaled $136 over the course of 3 runs. So how can you run 500 miles out of route when they are monitoring "where you at"? Keep in mind Alex is asking where you at and how many mpg you are getting then issues out a little bit of money. Alex would put $125 out of his pocket to get to the shipper and that was bear bones the truck climbing hills and the tanks tilt and there may not be enough fuel to get to the other side. We would get loaded then the broker would give Alex fuel money to run the load to the customer and the broker has already estimated how much to run the load. Keep in mind Alex couldn't fuel with an express code from the broker for these three runs we only topped off the tank twice after that we had to make additional fuel stops at $125 - $400 and 4 times we stopped to fuel after2am but Alex didn't answer phone or he couldn't get hold of the broker. With the broker micro managing the fuel and Alex micro managing the fuel. Maybe we would have gotten fuel from Alex quicker if he wasn't chasing ladies late at night he is in his late20s early 30s.
Meanwhile, Gary is somewhere hiding waiting to take all the money from alex and how can Alex pay when Gary took it all from him first.
If we were working for Alex how did Gary get the paperwork? Not that we care about that. That just goes to show what we said is correct Gary is running a con using Alex as a fall guy. Have to stop the truck and wait to fuel, not once but 4xs. Alex paid Gary first after fuel for the truck and trailer. The only thingalex has on the truck is his name, MC#, DOT# and getting the loads from the broker. Alex has a lease agreement with Gary. But in reality he's not making money, by the time he (suppose to) pay the driver(s). Gary said to me, "If Alex can't afford to pay you, I will". But. Gary knows he is not responsible to pay us, that's where the con comes in at. If Alex had money Alex would put fuel in and not the broker. Therefore, gary conned us, if it wasn't a con and you have four trucks Gary would have hired us, but he directed us to Alex that's where his con starts. Gary uses two companies to scheme and ponzu money then falls back on his company. If Gary wants to meet face to face I would like that because we both live in Michigan. If Gary wasn't running a con he wouldn't be on this website looking for his next victim. NHL is like a fat girl on the phone who sounds all pretty and small figured, but when you meet her she is wearing 500 pounds. That'sthe kind of con Gary's running. That's why we are posting the check, you all can tell us who made the money. We have already bought our first truck three days ago and put down $7000.
Yes gerald did cuss him out after he told me to take the keys to the TA in Wilmington and walk away from the truck after we had already worked one week in the hole and it's one day before getting paid. Gerald had spoken to the TA Service Manager and he said we only fix trucks we don't store trucks and he then laughed.
This is a quote from Gary, he said Alex may not have enough money to pay us and he said he would pay us. But keep inmind he is not responsible to pay us because we filled out driver applicants with Alex's company. Who sounds like they are lieing now? And we a totally done with this we have to move on we just wanted to explain this. As we have said go work for him and find out yourself. -
we hired a broker to get our paycheck.
Hmm darn Brokers are into everything !

We are not trying to resolve this over "red neck justice". We have encountered this before and took this owner op to court and we set there and listened to him lie and we lost. He still owes us for five runs. As far as Gary saying that we are lucky he didn't press charges while the Sherriff deputy said this is a civil matter. But I guess the driver with the pizza load didn't let you owe him much...LOL. We had a loaded trailer and told Alex where we were at with your truck and trailer and that was a frozen food load also. Gary could have had two trucks, trailers and freight to worry about. We could have been on the east side of Detroit and a vegetable sale out the back of the truck....lol. Like the Sherriff said we were given the keys it's a civil matter. I guess I will concentrate on our letter to the President.

Since we have bought our own truck yes we are going to work on direct shipper contract. We will never underpay a driver because we know he or she has a family to support too. I am not pretending to be christian. If you are bragging about it you are not doing it. I don't talk about my faith I live it and that's the truth.
But mean while back at the ranch it is not the Arab man conning or the black man conning you because very few can afford to buy a truck, not being prejudice it is always the caucasian man conning you. You really have to establish a level of trust with an owner op before you drive for him or just go to a big company that can afford to pay you. -
I guess I will concentrate on our letter to the President That should be interesting reading .
Since we have bought our own truck Hope you have better luck in your next adventure -
Can we please see the letter to the President when you have it finished? Thanks.

Your an idiot...

You got screwed, live and learn. put your big boy pants on and find a new job or since you've bought your own truck run it into the ground... -
After two flat tire breakdowns we read that the voltage regulator is low we stop and raise the hood and discover the alternator belt is broke. We call Alex and tell him and he wants us to continue to Peabody. We get to our first stop in Peabody at 4:30 pm on Thursday we miss the cut off time of 4:00 pm. So we cant empty at our first stop Alex wants us to drive to Watertown. Before we leave the first stop we call our second stop they refuse to move freight to take theirs off. So Alex has us keep the truck running overnight while the truck is running off the batteries. That wasn't our call we would have gotten the truck fixed then came back to the first stop and this is what we suggested to Alex. But then after we emptied out at both stops we go back to TA and they had to replace all batteries and alternator belt.
