    Refresher? How long is it?
    So you already had your CDL? Did you have change your lic to IN or did you keep it for OH?

    First, are you going to be working for C.R. England?
    If not are they going to kill you on the cost?

    I myself would have gone to SAGE they also have refrreasher courses. That will be accepted by more companys than C.R. England.
