What you don't see is the diamond plate aluminum half fenders that are also Pro Tech.

Can't wait to put it on, but not looking forward to re-plumbing air and re-wiring the electric...

My headache rack is a sturdy lite but my step boxes are Pro-Tech and I believe they are much better made and the quality is better as well.

I too want to get some half-fenders but as of right now I can't fit them on because my 5th wheel sits too low and the trailer will hit them when I turn.

I have been wanting fenders for quite some time. The sites where I haul and pick up are always nasty in wet weather. I haul in and out of gas well sites, coal mines, steel mills, power plants, stock yards and lay-down yards. One site gets mud that's up to 4 inches deep and when I leave, the truck gets covered. I can't even see out the windows and the mirrors get painted with mud.

Hopefully these will mostly cure the problem.

Yeah, I think the fenders will cure that. I just them so I can stop putting rock dings in the back of my cab and headache rack.

Stick with the quarter fenders, cheap and easy to replace.

The half fenders look good but they are such a PITA to maintain. Mounts break all the time if you don't have the fender mounted perfectly square. Fenders crack and they look like #### if you weld them. Mounts are pricey. Big rocks dent the fenders and they look like crap. We had half fenders on our Columbias, probably 15 trucks though most of them are gone now. So happy not having to deal w/ those #### things.

I may try to see if I can mount some short flaps on the trailer like Semi Crazy suggested. Not sure if I can tho because I can't drill the trailer at all or it voids the warranty due to the 1 piece construction.
