Greatwide refuses to pay damages when my husband drove for them

1. He had his truck leased on to Fed-Ex. But he delivered a load for Great Wide. Why?
2. What paper work did he sign to do that load for GW?
3. Was it a one time thing? Or something on going?
4.Get a lawyer quick to protect yourself! GW could come back to try & put an interest on his estate...As in if he was an O/O then he should have had his own company,LLC something like that.
5. The only real way to have known about his heart disease wase for a stress test,checking on his ateries & so on...
