Hair tests

I think what everyone is forgetting that a hair test tests the hair follicle, the root of the hair. It won't matter how short it is, as long as they can get some hair with roots, they have enough for testing. Not sure if you're bald where they will take it from...

 

They'll just pluck a short-n-curly in that case. Make sure you wash it first though.

 

Simpler solution is to not do drugs...

 

Ok.....Let's say "Joe" the driver drinks whiskey and snorts coke on his *ahem* "Free Time at home"....What's to stop him from showing up at the yard and getting into the rig still enjoying his "Free time"?

 

It's hard to believe a "fleet manager" would be administering the drug test.

 

I'm not sure I understand how a company doing tests not required by any government agency equates to a government assault on civil liberties.

 

Schneider tested my hair, but they sent me to an official lab for it. It was all very clean and official.

If they just cut off some hair at the depot or something...you can probably take that to court.
