MVR changes?

I hear ya. I ordered my dac report to see what it says

I got my mvr.

My state certified mvr shows only my speeding ticket, improper backing accident, and cut across to avoid traffic control device.

So the allowing person to ride on exterior of vehicle and seat belt ticket have been completely taken off. I'm just kind of worried about my speeding ticket ya know. Granted it has 5 years ago though

I hope it wouldn't. It wasn't on my MVR when I submitted it to Roehl at time of hire. This info popped up after I was hired. If they bring it up ill tell them they did an mvr check and they saw what I put. If the state of FL decides to change something and reveal a ticket that was expunged in 2006 and I was not legally required to provide that info, than they would be in the wrong for saying something about it.

Yeah we were sitting on my hood enjoying the party and some guys started fighting so i moved my truck. cop didnt care about the fight, felt it was more important to write me a ticket lol
