Dumb question, but I want to make sure I get this correct. I'm quoting a move of a tandem axle dump truck. I wouldn't think there would be any fuel in the tanks to start with, nor would it be enough for placarding, but I've never made a shipment like this either.

Do the saddle tanks need to be confirmed to be cleaned and would we need to placard this? I'm out of my element on this one.

Thanks brother! I'm thinking SD with ramps as I believe it to be cheaper than an RGN.

Unless the fuel is on barrels or other vessels not attached to the truck you can haul it with no hazmat, best if it has fuel in it so the driver can drive it on and off.
