Type off roads being driven?(hills or flatlands)
    How many empty miles?
    How many loaded miles?
    How heavy gross when loaded?
What speeds do you normally run at?

Before anyone can answer your question, the above information is required.

    Run the Northeast
    average DH is around 60-70miles
    around 400-600 loaded miles
gross is normally around 46000 +/-
run 65mph or less depending on area

Drive Flatbed. normally lumber and steel

How much traffic and interstate driving are you doing? The NE can give you terrible MPG's if you're running up the I95 during the day or running back roads through the hills.

    I'd think you'd be over 6.

I have a 780, run the Northeast (same roads basically), and pull a heavy reefer and get in the 6.2-6.8 range. I do have a Cummins though.
