Orientation At Springfield, OH On 3/5/12

First you move 75lbs from the bottom shelf to the middle shelf then the top then you walk with it about 20ft and get your heartrate checked 3 times then you do a push/pull test with 200 pull and 100 push then you duck walk 5 steps under a 42''rope and finally you climb on a ladder from the second rung then climb down without touching the first step

Ok so went from Springfield to Zanesville. Training on the DG Zanesville account then transfering to the Marian. Waiting at the Super 8 for my trainer tomorrow, well now today..lol. Post more on the truck.....

 

Trainer picked me up in Zanesville, OH and i drove from there to Oceana, WV and stopped for the night...5 hours out of the way 145 to go....

 

Unloaded 3 stops today. The one in Oceana, WV then one in Hurley, WV and finally one in Mann, VA. Now i'm in Princeton, WV. Drove 5.25 hours today so just 139.75 to go....
