Good luck my friend. I almost went with Prime. Gracie was a super nice recruiter and she was very helpful. I chose a different company cause Primes training was too long for me and Gracie was honest and told me that because of where I live, it would be 3-4 wks out be4 I'd get home. Stay away from "belly archers" and do your best. Good luck to ya

3 months? I heard it was 4-5 months, or 40,000 miles whichever comes first. i could not do 4-5 months. It's the only reason I didn't go with Prime. BUT, they do pay newbies better than anyone out there.

Ummm..... this is the PRIDE thread, not PRIME.

How long until you graduate from a newbie to a rookie?

Still bummed they said they would take me then changed they changed their answer. Said it would be too hard to get me home but I saw four Pride rigs just a few miles from my house the other day.
