    thank you, I guess i will keep trying other companies since i have so much invested now, i was turned down by Werner, Stevens, Swift, Trans Am and some others, the only ones that actually said no to me was Stevens, i told them and they said 2 or more in a lifetime and they could never hire for that and Trans Am never gave a reason, neither did Werner. I always just put the one so as not too lie, was just shocked when US xpress went so far back, they had all info on App, not sure why they dont check before makeing you go all the way to Georgia. Thank you for your advice and help

    Any company will check,but I know for a fact, they only look back ten yrs. just don't give them info about them all, even IF they all did come up, all they will do is turn you down. But if you only mention the one, you will be o.k.

    Do your app on-line. Admit to one D.U.I and leave the others out. They will do a check be4 they call and make you any offer. They don't want to waste their time either, I bet you get a call in three days with an offer. Try it!

    In Minnesota they do..Trust me. And yes one can get a job with 3 Dui's if over 20 years old. Again;trust me.:biggrin_255: And unlike some of the post's on this thread;this is FACT not FICTION.
