Tickets usually are NOT considered after 3 years. Most carriers only pull a 3 year MVR.

Ok only has 3 years available. Swift wanted 5 and complained because it wasn't there to be had.

Indiana shows every ticket I ever got going all the way back to 1982. Yea, companies say not more than 2 in 3 years, but they do not stop at 3 years.
I have 2 tickets in 2010, 1 unk and 1 79/55, then 1 in 08, 1 in 07, 05, 99, 91,82 etc. Only thing in my life is speeding tickets. NO criminal history, no drug/alc test failure or refusal, no reckless driving charges or convictions, no accident citations, nothing but speeding tickets.
I dont have that mentality now, changed my ways in 2010 and work hard to follow the rules, The school I went to said no problem when I showed them my MVR, but Companies dont want me. Just wasted 4300 bucks of my own money on a CDL-A MTX endorsements, no restrictions, and a TWIC card.

Even if your MVR does show tickets that are more than 3 years old, most carriers don't consider them. Neither do most insurance companies. There may be some who do, but those to whom I have spoken only consider 3 years.
