I want to know why trucks are so friggin high now. Don't I remember, not too long ago when you could buy trucks with 3-400k on them for around 20k? Now a truck with 900k is priced in the 30 range. And not for a hood either.
To much for this truck?

if three were driving most likely they were rag heads. One driving one in the jump seat and one in the middle making tea. This is what Mike Murphy an old truck broker in Yakima Wa used to say.

Well over here in Chicago it is the Russians who run 3-4 in a truck. They cut holes in under the bunk so they don't have to stop to take a dump (seen it 1st hand) and they just stockpile their money for 5 years. Then when the IRS comes to them for tax money owed, they head back to Moscow.

well heres what i bought last year, an 07 pete 387 midrise 63" bunk, 730K miles. It has all owner op specs, 565 cummins, 13spd. 3.70 rears, all aluminum wheels, all polished tanks and boxes, dual exhaust, chicken lights, and a dual line wet kit. The rear ends are the heavy duty full interlocking type on low-air. Its got the premium interior as well. I paid less than 25K for it and love every minute of it and so does my driver that drives it. Its a powerhouse, rides excellent, has lotsa room, gets 6 mpg loaded at or slightly above 80K lbs and has an 06 motor in it without all the emissions junk.
-
Hate to tell you but a 06 motor has emission junk on it, not as much as later years but there is stuff on that motor.

I don't know about this guy but they know a sucker is just around the corner.. It's not me.. I just wanted some input on it. Still looking around but just might stick a fork in it keep driving my shaker. Everywhere I have looked at trucks THEY ALL ARE HIGH PRICED. The best I found so far(compared to others) is a T2000 with 394,000 on it with a APU, 435 cat with a 13 SPD, 100,000 engine covered thru cat and a 100,000 miles on the trans and all virgin rubber. $69,5000 But stll High. -
That's just rediculous compared to what I was seeing in early '09 but honestly I'm not in the market so I don't know. Have heard most used trucks anymore are getting shipped out to overseas markets like Russia and Mexico which could be a factor.
