Im with NFI now, home every night. I think you can do better. SNI is better IMO. Give them a shot again. One of those kind of accidents are ok because it doesnt effect your "insureability" meaning points on your liscence that would make you risky for the insuracne company to insure you.

NFi is wierd. I cant put my finger on it. I think they are kinda shady because they pull "per diem" on our weekly pay but we are home every day. IMO that is illeagel I think. And you are automaticaly enrolled and no one told me that or how to get out.

I teamed with my wife at SNI. I was hesitant at first but not a bad outfit for how f'in big hey are. Some of the easiest freight I have hauled. Meaning easy p/u's and deliverys.. No back alleys or shady places.

Schneider is great for first job, you'll learn a lot.

Pay... lots of regional/dedicated accounts that pay mileage or salary. I did dedicated team straight out of school - $700-780 after taxes every week when I started and home every weekend.

    ATL-1 and T-ThatDeal Thank this.

student here wanting a local/regional/dedicated gig in Atlanta. Tell me about the company and the terminal here in Atlanta. Read alot on here and sounds like a good company. How do they pay back tuition? What is training like? How long? Can you train on regional or do you have to work OTR while training? Thanks for the help.

"I use to be on that account, teaming out of denver. Did that for about 8-9 months, but the team driving/sleeping while moving got to me. So I switched to OTR solo. I was home pretty much everyday for 30min-1hr and after the last drop/unload on friday - sometime around noon - 4pm. Didn't leave Sunday till 6pm-9pm usually."

So were you actually required to live in Denver for that, or would Colorado Springs be close enough?
