Just wondering if anyone that is into fitness could tell me what supplements are not legal to use for truck drivers. 1. Testosterone boosters. 2. Weight loss ie. hydro cut etc... 3. creatine/muscle builders

i think any supplements bought in stores like GNC shouldn't cause too many problems, i'd be careful of buying stuff over the internet though...

We would be in deep trouble if truckers got tested for bovine growth hormones :biggrin_25523:

Many supplements contain proteins that are harmful to the body so be careful what you choose. Soy can cause extreme reactions including muscle tension, joint pain, swelling, headaches, anaphylaxis, deterioration of the intestinal lining and overall fatigue. These are just some that I experienced. A really good diet is a better choice. I know a bunch of ex-body builders that say the same thing. All that garbage did them in and they wouldn't do it again. Many lost everything they had before they could recover from poor health.

Judging by what you wrote here and on other post, i think you got symptoms of Celiac disease- gluten intolerance, based on what you've written

    I do have celiac/gluten intolerance.
    Highly allergic to soy.
    Hashimoto's thyroiditis (hypothyroid).
    Rheumatoid arthritis.

I've lived my whole life in ignorance of the top two which contributed to the bottom two. Thanks for the link!
