My husband has been driving for a year and a half and has no tickets through the DMV and his DMV File is clean. My question is--he had a couple small parking lot maneuver accidents when he was brand new on the job. Is there a website that shows these small accidents? In other words can a company find out about them on-line? He would like to change companies but is worried that they will find out about these if he doesn't tell them about them. Is there a website that shows all the electronic logging violations such as hard braking, etc?

They may be entered on his DAC.
Search that term here and you can find much about it.
Good Luck. -
Have him apply to a few companies that he doesn't want to work at, then go onto HireRight.com, and request a copy of his DAC Report. From what I understand, a company has to of requested your DAC before they can give you a copy. When I ordered mine, it took 4-5 weeks before I got it.
Or, have him secure another job before he actually quits his original job. -
If it's only 2 low speed maneuvers, just tell the company, they are no big deal. They are worried about DOT reportable accidents.

I would suggest, going on line here: http://www.hireright.com/Consumers-Applicants.aspx
You can order up a DAC report on him. You will need some information, such as his driver's license number, and I think they still require a social security number. Once you order this online, it'll be about 14 days till you get your free copy. We are entitled to ONE FREE COPY each year. Another free copy can be had, IF he is DENIED a job due to his DAC report.
However, NO EMPLOYER will admit why he was denied a job, so your chances of a second FREE COPY in a one year time is zilch.
Now, parking lot accidents are not that bad, but there may be a dollar cut off for damages. What are they for his company?? I do not know, and I highly doubt that he will know as well.
If asked (and he will be asked) on ANY application, "have you had any accidents"?
HE MUST ANSWER TRUTHFULLY.
His current employer will MOST CERTAINLY enter the accidents into his DAC report. So if he hides these, and the new employer finds them??
He is toast.
He should do fine, as LONG AS he does NOT HAVE any more such accidents.
They add up and the results ain't pretty.
