They have a guarenteed pay plan for your first 90 days. You are paid a flat amount per day (I don't recall how much), then after your 90 days they compare your miles vs how much you were paid. They will give you the difference if it turns out it was more for miles than the flat rate.
Plus, you can either take the per diem or not. A lot of companies will force the per diem on you. That is another bright spot. -

Rubberducky, a fair cross section of May drivers have posted here. I think it's reasonable to expect 2700 miles a week on the 48. What more are you looking for?
