I don't know, Retired. I've never run the 11 Western. It's safe to assume the miles would be less on average from the 48 States.

 

I doubt there's too many getting 2,800 a week. Blue02celi's trainer told me he was averaging around 2,600 a week, and that's as a trainer.

 

A good solid average solo is going to be 2200. Some weeks better, a few worse and some much worse. I have had a few 1300 - 1600 mile weeks due to no yards close by to drop and a Monday delivery with a Saturday arrival. Those weeks/runs suck, but it's part of the job.

I heard about that. It seems like a pretty decent deal.

It would make me feel better to know I would be getting at least 2500 miles per week consistently. I would have to have at least that much to make a comparable paycheck to what I am making now. All that being said, I know there are no guarantees in this business. Your going to have breakdowns, layovers, waiting to get loaded/unloaded....

I was told that since there wont be any female trainers for 6 mos for my co-driver. Go drive for another company for 6 mos and if we dont like it there come back to May. So, we're doing that. It took us 1-2 days to get start date from another company. the cpm isnt as good but with the sign-on and other bonuses it's like making 50cpm ish. Once those bonuses pay out the well will run dry.

the team pay is better it's 15cpm for all miles/zipcodes driven. With rolling 24's

Whats the deal about per deim? Why is it bad?
