Trainees with CDL and no experience get $500/week for anything under 5000 miles or 10cpm for anything over 5000 miles in a week. After a certain time, ask DTB bout that, it goes to $600/week or 12cpm.

First of all, it doesn't take longer to get through training if your going FB . When I did TNT we were running over 5k a week. 2 months in my own truck now, and I'm averaging 13k per month. I know reefer drivers that aren't getting that many miles, but then again I know FB guys that aren't either. It depends on you as a driver and your FM. I can give you my FM's name and you can request him when you upgrade. But don't be a slouch and he will take care of you.

He meant that TNT is the same guarantee pay no matter what division you train in. As for what some are saying about time for FB...the biggest issue is finding a trainer on the FB fleet. There are fewer of those guys.

What he means is the guarantee that you get while your training. As long as you have your cdl you will come in for training as a tnt student and start getting the guarantee. Prime has the highest pay for students then some of the other carriers. The guarantee is for both flatbed and reefer. If going flatbed you must stay with trainer for 60 days min and could be more if your trainer thinks you need a little longer. Hope this helps with your decision.

One more time. IF YOU GO THRU PSD...it's $600 or 12cpm (whichever is greater). IF YOU COME WITH A CDL (which was the question here) it's $500 or 10cpm for 4 weeks, with an automatic bump to $600 for the remainder of TNT.
