I'm with you on the fuel bonus, I'm going to be comfortable, period. That said your a much better man than I am, I couldn't handle living without a/c this time of year. Hell, it was 91 and humid here today. Funny thing, I moved from Florida to get away from the heat. So much for that, lol.

 

Midnight and still 80 degrees .

I'm used to sleeping in cold temperatures. I went through most of the winter without a working webasto and didn't idle because I wanted to get my bonus, but still didn't get it.... I live in Oregon and my house is usually 50-60 inside. I love the heat during the day, but not when I want to sleep

 

the last two weeks I've had a delivery start on one week and end on the next. But it paid out on the pick up weeks pay.

 

Anyone here with a new Cascadia constantly getting flashed by oncoming traffic like you have your brights on? Been night driving the last couple days and it happens ofter, apparently the lights on this truck are pretty bright! LOL

 

hows that truck running? Had any problems with the crash mitigation feature?

 

problems? not really.

annoyances? absolutely!!! Like, when a 4 wheeler decides to pass you and then cut in front of you and slam on the brakes to get to their exit, and even tho you know you aren't even gonna come close to hitting them, the system slams on the brakes, and causing a hard braking critical event! That happens often.

Other than that, the truck is great. Finally got the Idle system fixed on my TAH last week, so now I have AC without idling, apparently the factory never hooked it up and the connection cables were stuffed down under the cabinet LOL.

 

Does anyone know which Arizona CDL schools are approved by SNI? The website only shows one in Kingman...I live in the Phoenix area and would assume they approve someone in this area too. Thanks in advance for any responses

And just to add insult to injury.....no trailer.

 

I was in New York 2 days ago, called my DBL and asked if there was ANY way to get me out of the northeast, my wish was granted, sitting in Birmingham AL getting unloaded.

Of course, I had to do a little brown nosing, but, you know, I ain't up there any more!!!!

 

Oh it gets better!!! My NAT now shows I have ZERO hours on my 11, 14, and 70.
