No apology necessary. You actually woke me up to go read the re-written FMCSA rules defining EOBRs that changed from last year. They used to have an FAQ that addressed DDL that I could not find anymore.

Kurt started using that name for his iPad app but it has been used for a long time by another company. I am sure Kurt felt if the guy didn't have enough money to develop a tablet app then he won't have enough money to take legal action.

 

Can't count how many times I have had logs inspected but it is rare they do not make a positive comment about my logs. Give that credit all to DDL. It is kinda like a clean truck. They spend less time looking for issues.

i use a digital signature on my eclipse logs. been checked twic on level 3, no problems

 

Same here. I think they're more concerned that they're signed. It's been a non-issue for me as well.
