My time with Schneider

In business nothing stays the same for very long and if it does it falls behind the times.

 

I got sent with an empty trailer from some paper mill in the middle of nowhere in Maine all the way down to Jersey Shores New Jersey to drop the MT and pick up a load. When I arrived at the shipper I was informed that the load I was there to pick up had been shipped 2 days before and all they needed was a signature on the paperwork because the driver didnt sign it... Ever try and find a parking spot in NJ at 6pm with 1 hour left on your 14?

 

I wouldn't attempt to find a parkin' spot in New Jersey with any less than 70 hours available on my logs.
Even then it's considered Mission Impossible.

I spent a whole month in North Jersey
one day.
That's when I discovered that North Jersey looks marvelous, ---
in my rear-view mirrors.

I bet you was'nt too happy.Your company should have just asked that shipper to fax the BOL to you then you could have signed it and faxed it back.
