It has taken me 15 minutes just to get from the traffic light to the truck driveway, on many occasions. Inching my way around back to loop into the fuel islands also tends to unsettle my last nerve.
My biggest complaint with some of these Pilots is that there is no room to move. If one driver has a problem (or is a problem), then the congestion spills out into the street. Before you know it, some azzhat gives up and just parks in the driveway causing a bad situation to worsen.
You can add one to my list, too. Pilot in Harrisburg, PA. Gawd!!!![]()

Nice avatar. What's that thing supposed to tell us?
I used a pic of Che Guevera not long ago, and people threw a ##### fit. Hey, if you can have this, I'm going back to Che. -
LOL, you saw that gunfight too?

I noticed the old truckstop on Airway Blvd. in El Paso, TX was torn down. Anyone know when that happened? -
I have an avatar that I use at another forum that's the neon sign from the movie Porky's. I'd use it here but I don't know if it would be "legal".

Walt Whitman in Philly. Last time I was there, there was this nasty old crack ##### riding around on this old bicycle asking every truck that pulled in for cigarettes or whatever. It would have been funny if it wasn't so sad.

Ewww, you had to mention that POS in Harrisburg, didn't you? I chose to stop at that exit (needed fuel from the T/A, but that's another story) and decided to shut down there. Ended up crossing the street to the Hess, found plenty of parking and the food (at the Perkins) was good too. Later that day there was a traffic jam on the bridge, turned out some driver parked the truck in the fuel line and went to get a shower!

I got it from Volvo's European truck website. It's from an ad for the Volvo FH16 660.

I liked your Che. I was surprised how many didn't know who it was. I can always count on you for the edge.
